Brian K. Cuttone

Brian K. Cuttone, Esq. is a civil trial lawyer with state and federal trial and appellate court experience primarily in real estate, business, and bankruptcy litigation.
Brian was born in Merced and attended CSU Fresno where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Brian obtained his real estate salesperson license in 1994. He went on to San Joaquin College of Law, graduating in 1999 and becoming a licensed attorney that same year. Brian then obtained his broker’s license in real estate in 2007.
He represents a wide range of clients including, but not limited to, investors, real estate professionals (both commercial and residential), buyers and sellers, general and sub-contractors, bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors, agricultural professionals, and labor contractors. Brian has also served as a judge pro tem, conducting mandatory settlement conferences on behalf of the Fresno County Superior Court in cases involving real estate disputes.
When he is not working as an attorney and real estate broker, Brian enjoys coaching sports, bowling, and spending time with his family and two dogs.
Rebecca Stasio
Rebecca Stasio is the Office Manager and Legal Assistant at Cuttone & Associates, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our clients and attorneys.
Rebecca was born and raised in Fresno and attended CSU Fresno where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She has nearly 20 years of experience working in Civil Litigation firms.
She spends her free time as a dedicated volunteer, wife, and mother to three wonderful children and four dogs- all of whom share her love of baseball (both as a sport and as a toy).
